At Oliver Spencer I bridge the gap between all non-design and production related creative projects. I have a hand in all physical and digital projects and events that involve marketing, retail marketing, events, collaborations, fashion week events and shows. My day to day responsibilities are focussed on managing and delivering on our marketing calendar by working on creative briefs and ideas with the team and devising plans to create the content we need to talk about our products. I also project manage throughout the year our collaborations alongside the General Manager, creating critical paths for the projects, designing decks, creating creative proposals and working on the delivery of the projects before they are launched. A newer part of my role which has developed in the last year is creative production for photo shoots. I am responsible for the production of all ecom shoots and the delivery of imagery for seasonal launches. I am also in charge of a large proportion of creative editorial shoots for campaigns and mid-season campaigns, which sees me working on production, styling, art direction, location scouting and occasionally photography. In addition to this I also coordinate with our PR agency and assist them with additional sample pulls and co-ordinate product launches so that they can strategise around their pushes to their press contacts.
