Eva Eik is a singer and songwriter. She has been composing songs since she was 14 years old and has worked with multiple producers and songwriters. She featured on Kristian Skaarbrevik's EP 'Mrst' on the track 'Sakountala II' and on Benjamiin Hidas' Long Gone where she also wrote the lyrics. She is about to release her debut single called River which KNSTNTIN is producing.
Eva Eik has been learning marketing, branding and social media for years, as she finds it very fascinating. She believes social media is a way to easily market your product and that in addition to this is a beautiful way to connect with people. She wrote an essay for her MA course on the topic of personal branding, business branding, personal branding, influencer marketing social media and the way to use these tools to promote herself as an artist. She has been offered multiple jobs to do social media for companies.
YouTube and Instagram are other passion projects for Eva Eik. She loves the communities on these platforms and has started posting daily videos on both of them with great results. She has only just started doing YouTube, but has received amazing feedback. She speaks about self help, healing, creativity, music, spirituality and more. You will also be able to find her music videos on her YouTube platform.
Eva Eik has also written multiple music journalism articles for Yutaru and received great feedback on these.
Modelling is something Eva Eik first really got into Oct 2017, when she signed up for the Leeds RAG Fashion show. She has now modelled in that show two years in a row and also walked in the Leeds In Mind Fashion show in 2019. She has worked with numerous freelance photographers and brands such as Cosmic Drifters, Hippy Mini Market and Blue Rinse. She also recently signed to the modelling agency Mentors which is based in Sheffield.
Eva Eik is multi national, being raised in Norway and her heritage being half Romanian and half Icelandic. She speaks fluent Norwegian, English and Romanian and understands a lot of Icelandic and French.
