- Creative lead for the Royal Parks Half, proactive and forward-thinker identifying new opportunities for runner engagement/activations, corporate partnerships and sponsors as well as other external suppliers, which meets agreed KPI’s.
- Management of a project team including recruiting, training and managing volunteers for Royal Parks fundraising events.
- Provide monthly commentary on income and expenditure, in particular the lululemon account management as well as budget management of Winter Wonderland Charity Preview Night.
- To account management our Apparel Sponsor (2018/19 lululemon), project managing on all RPHM merchandise needs such as; design of race shirts, hoodies and design development of an exclusive range of RPHM merchandise.
- Relationship Management of corporate donors in relation to Winter Wonderland Charity Preview Night.
- Project manage and deliver all Royal Parks training workshops including Charities and Runners and the logistics on these days/evenings.
- Management of ‘Team Squirrel’ (The Royal Parks Half Marathon race team) logistics for workshops, training days and event day set-up/pack down. This includes line management of the Challenge Events and Communications Officer.
- Provide support and motivation to supporters, volunteers and event participants advising fundraisers on all aspects of their fundraising.
- Acquire in-kind sponsorship for Royal Parks Half, i.e. products for goody bags, welfare areas, prizes
- Support the Communications and Marketing team at The Royal Parks and at Limelight Sports in the creation of online content, updates and website management.
- Plan and undertake meetings in relation to Royal Parks Half such as SAG and Venue Operations meetings with external clients of the HM; A.C.T, TFL, Westminster Council, MET police.
- Lead on festival exhibitors for RPHM working with Limelight Sports, managing and responding to all request for information, advice and guidance from exhibitors.
- Lead on goody bag sponsorship and relationship building with 9 corporate partners, delivering excellent relationship management.
- Project Lead the Winter Wonderland Charity Preview Night with a goal of raising additional funds each year. This management includes web content development, CRM function, email development, design work, supporter stewardship, corporate donor growth, on the night management, volunteer management and budget management.
