Senior Creative Project & Production Manager with 10+ years of international experience. Proven success in running physical and digital productions in the creative field industries for internationally renowned art institutions, artists, creatives, and agencies managing projects with budgets up to 1.2M Euro, and delivering creative solutions on tight deadlines. I offer hands-on, culturally-tuned creative operations experience across art and design, photography, film, the digital world, publishing, tech, and consumer goods industries.
Working alongside an array of world-class artists such as the Turner Prize winner Douglas Gordon, Ian Cheng, Adina Pintilie, and Jonathan Monk, I collaborated with and maintained relationships with some of the world's most prominent public and private art institutions, including Gagosian, ARoS Aarhus Art Museum, LAS Art Foundation, or Giacometti Foundation, to name a few, as well as private art galleries and collectors, incl. Galerie Eva Presenhuber, neugerriemschneider, Kamel Mennour, or Klosterfelde Editions. On top of my work in fine arts, I supervised and produced commercial collaborations & shoots with global brands like Samsung, Absolut, Don Julio, and L'Officiel, and edited the BMW Art Guide by Independent Collectors.

- Managed, coordinated, and supervised the complex production of the tech‐heavy art exhibition “Life After BOB” by Ian Cheng at Halle am Berghain in Berlin (co‐commissioned by Luma, The Shed, and LAS). This included staying up to date with current and future technology, including blockchain and NFT, and working with a complex timeline.
- Managed the manufacturing & installation of all construction elements, including cinema building, audience tribunes, partition walls, and screen installation.
- Served as a key resource for all production teams and primary liaison between a wide variety of providers and partners (Stakeholders, Production Crews, Artist Studio, Architects, Art Director, Curators, External Contractors, Location Manager).
- Solved internal financial budget challenges by reducing project costs by over 100.000 Euro through detailed cost comparisons and negotiations with external vendors and partners, without negatively affecting the overall quality of the project.
- Developed strategy and project timeline, worked on concept development through execution, always thinking about the next step and anticipating challenges.
- Supported the artist team with creating mood and storyboards and implementing creative solutions to site‐specific exhibition design production problems.
- Commissioned work from a broad network of agencies and creatives, conducted interviews, and run budget negotiations with external vendors.
