    Cytora Customer SupportWith https://get.cytora.help website, Underwriters can have access to Knowledge Base articles and FAQs. This website runs on the Zendesk platform. The goal was to improve how Cytora is perceived by their customers, so I redesigned the entire website. a responsive and mobile-first User Interface and I also implemented the frontend from scratch.

    Conectus for iOSConectus Mobile is the iOS application supporting digital engagement and collaboration between Investor and Advisor. For a complete and really native digital customer experience, Investors can use Conectus for iOS to check their investment portfolios or to keep in touch with their Personal Advisors.
