I worked with the head of marketing on devising and implementing a new social media strategy for the company. I was also responsible for cleaning the database on the company’s CRM (Microsoft Dynamics).
Increased LinkedIn impressions from 11k average monthly impressions to 50k average impressions in three months. I was also responsible for reporting to CRO at monthly meetings.
Curating content using Scoop.it to create social media post, populate the feed for Trace One Network, and, internal company newsletter for industry trends. Newsletters were sent using ClickDimensions.
Updated Trace One’s social media policy. Drafted and implemented brand reputation monitoring policy. Updated database management procedure. Provided companywide basis on the use of social media for work.
