Founded a fashion agency creating, managing and and producing content (physical and digital) for the fashion agency.
Focusing on Clothing Production, Photography and Digital content - we worked directly with designers and agencies alike to create a wide variety of products.
My role as the Operations Director was to ensure all projects ran smoothly, on time and within budget. My role was vital to the streamlining of all processes within the supply chain giving me a unique opportunity to overlook every aspect of the project. This also gave me a front row position to communicate with all those involved.

A multi faceted role that looked over both the clothing production, and the supply chain.
Within the role of the Clothing Production Manager for Billionaire Boys Club, I worked very closely with the designers, salesman and the various suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the correct product is brought to market - on time and within budget.
And within the realm of the Supply Chain Co-ordinator I managed the supply chain of the wholesale product cycle i.e managing the whole process from factory to shop floor.
