Co-Founder of independent full-service record and creative label specialising in content creation, brand strategy and production on behalf of and with our artists. I do the following among many things (Design, Creative Development, Creative/Art Direction & Strategic Planning (Comms & Brand)... - Preside over all label operations - Define strategic, creative and cultural direction for the business (including brand partnerships and collaborations) - Build concepts, ideas and treatments for (or alongside) artists that wrap sounds, in visual, thematic & narrative elements (I make them look cool basically) - Develop mood boards & briefs for projects to ensure a clear, specific direction for each asset and project (artwork, film, merchandise and so on) - Create and/or manage the production of those assets and associated deadlines - Liaise with fellow creatives (graphic designers, directors, photographers, etc.) - Control and allocate budget to ensure the right costs lead to the right creative result - Music Production and A&R
