I had a hand in organising and setting up art exhibitions to showcase the work of the artist we represent. I often had to mingle with the clients and talked to them about the up and coming artist and their work, which helped me improve my sales techniques. This experience overall gave me a greater appreciation for art and the art world by exposing me to a variety of wonderful artist, each with their own very different techniques.
I helped manage the social media account for - myartistand1 and sarasul6an an artist we represent. This helped me learn about social media and understand what an online audience wants to see and will respond to, ultimately refining my marketing skills.
Provided information on products and services offered to prospective clients over the phone or face to face -as a result gained a confident and excellent telephone mannerism.

Shadowing a doctor taught me about the importance of communicating politely, calmly with patience when treating patients or members of the public. Helped at the reception and nurses which helped me understand the importance of teamwork and cooperation. This experience taught me to work in a high pressure environment and allowed me to develop my interpersonal skills by communicating with patients and their families .
