Fatma Nur Özogul is a Cypriot artist born in 1990, Nicosia. She graduated from a science high school in Nicosia, 2007. She holds degree of BA on Plastic Arts (Near East University, Nicosia, Cyprus) and degree of MA on Sculptural Conceptions / Ceramics (Kunstuniversität Linz, Austria). Since 2008, the artist have been working in cooperation with many international art associations and groups as: Imago Mundi, EMAA, E.KA.TE, IAPMA, ECUME, Ifek, IGC, Rooftop Theater Group, Goldafter Antikuratorium, Maiz Autonomous Center and Der Verein das kollektiv. Her works have been presented in European Capital of Culture-Pafos17, Night/Plovdiv, AEC, Lentos Kunstmuseum, OÖ Kulturquartier, BestOff17, BestOff16, BestOff15, OK Sommerfest16, Splace, Eboran Galerie, die Schöne Galerie, Temporären Halle für Kunst, Grandpetit Galerie, Raum mit Aussicht, Maiz Autonomous Center, MIR, EMAA, Circuits and Currents, Hall101, Technopolis 20, Kapu, AKM, Ismet V. Güney Art Centre, Peace Centre, Kunstuniversität Linz, Hacettepe, Aksaray, Near East and Eastern Mediterranean Universities, etc. Currently the artist holds position of lecturer in Hunan University of Technology, Zhuzhou, China.
