    ▪ Lead Event Manager for flagship two-day conference for 500+ delegates, held over 2 days with 100+ speakers, 30+ sponsors, a themed drinks reception, 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches and a private dinner for 20 guests. Sourced all suppliers, AV, branding and catering at event alongside being the point of contact for all sponsors, venue and internal staff. All costs had to fit within a 6-figure event budget. ▪ Responsible for the recruitment and training of new Event Coordinators, holding interviews and arranging induction schedules. Direct line Manager of Event Coordinator, responsibilities include overseeing all events and fortnightly 121 meetings. ▪ Independently organised a two-day Digital Banking conference in Singapore in July 2018 for 200 delegates, solely responsible for entire logistics, sourcing all local suppliers & working with a budget in a different currency. ▪ Create equipment and courier schedules for monthly events to make sure team is prepared and resourced, as well as regular participation in project meetings for all events.

     Successfully managed a 3-day Postal conference in Berlin, dealing with all logistics inc flights, venue, AV, 20+ exhibitors and a private lunch for 16 VIPS. Included 2 offsite drinks receptions, one being a treasure hunt around berlin and the other a soiree at the Museum für Kommunikation.  Sole commercial responsibility to manage the event budget to create, design and execute all areas of lead up and delivery. Use of Conference Cost Spread sheets on Excel to predict all event management costs reconciling these with the final invoices.  Worked with Marketing on branding of events and working within brand guidelines to create visually innovative stage sets and collateral promoting the sector, along with writing copy for marketing emails.  Supplier management includes arranging all Audio Visual requirements for each event, negotiating quotes and considering all smaller details before final sign-off.
