About me
Recently graduated from Middlesex University with a 2:1 in dance studies. Feyi Soloye found a passion for creative direction and artistic creativity as a choreographer. Exploring different ways to present dances in space. Feyi Soloye enjoys working with conceptual themes which challenges the audience point of view, creating works inspired by hip hop and contemporary dance. The next stage in here career is to continue producing dance works in abstract places, challenging the mindset of how dance is seen and critiqued.

- LOSTForms of expression like myths and rituals interested me from aspects addressed in the book animal farm, referencing to brainwashing the animals into a cult. Orwell introduced master manipulator Napoleon as a perfect leader who manipulated the fellow farm animals into believing they would be hopeless and abused by humans. DREM is a sexualised version of LOST, I was being inspired by Gender Fluidity and its impact it had on modern society shown through its incorporation into a real-life fantasy, leaves room for adaptation of an illusion; exploitation of imagination.
