- Learning HTML code to upload content onto our WordPress-hosted website
- Using Photoshop to edit and resize images for publications

- Managing contacts via the CRM
- Responding to queries and FAQs from company emails
- Organising Teams calls with BD executives and lawyers to help them navigate our website
