  • Working as part of the production team, I create technical drawings and I produce CNC machined elements fundamental to the delivery of the projects. • Design Process expertise - 3D modelling of custom display and exhibition plinths, wall panels, cabinets and shelves. • Technical expertise - Creation of technical drawings of the windows and sites installations from concept visuals of the creative department. Delivered to high-end clients such as Selfridge, Harrods, Fendi and Tommy Hilfiger; set up of CAD/CAM files to be cut with the in-house CNC or outsource for laser cutting. • Teamwork - Making of technical drawings with assembly instructions for the carpenters, welders and spray painters of the workshop. • Workshop skills - In charge of the production with the in-house CNC router. Created CNC running Guidelines and Tool Library with tooling specifications including Spindle and Feed Rate values. Production of parts using MDF, Foamex, Dibond and Plywood.

  • Actively contributed from ideation to production to the client's projects and involved in the daily running of the studio and workshop. • Design Process expertise - Participated in the development and delivery of the helmet for Jay Kay of the Jamiroquai band showcased in the music video Automaton. Designed in Rhino and Grasshopper, produced in the studio with 3D printing technology, soldered motors, LEDs and wires to the parts. • Design Process expertise - Assigned to design a parametric design sculpture for a client installation. Using Rhino and Grasshopper, I developed a Voronoi structure with the ability to change dimensions of cells and junctions. The creation is under manufacture stage. • 3D modelling and production - A concept project, consisting of a structure that spins and creates lighting effects, got signed on by a client. I have been assigned to design and produce a system for hanging the structure to the ceiling and allowing the movement. I 3D modelled a gear box including MDF laser cut panels, a motor and 3D printed parts. The system assembled all together worked, and the projects have been displayed during a music festival in Mexico. • Renderings - Photorealistic visualisations of a lighting project inside Abu Dhabi airport. 3d Studio Max, Vray, Keyshot and Photoshop post-production. • Workshop skills - Use of 3D printing, laser cutting, CNC milling, and soldering processes. Use of manual tools and solvents for model making and post production process. Repaired, and made running again, a CNC router machine and a Roland design cutter, owned by the studio, that haven't been used for a long time before my arrival.
