This role involves the independent and daily opening, running and closing of the shop floor. Administration & Customer Service (Answering phones & emails, dealing with customers, booking appointments, selling ophthalmic products, fitting, repairing, making, checking and adjusting spectacles.) Ordering and maintaining stock, recording KPI’s and handling deliveries, payments & Invoices from and too customers and suppliers. Creative marketing through social Media (Twitter, FaceBook & Instagram.) General cleaning and maintenance of shop floor and Window Displays.
