I am a 22 year old Business and Marketing graduate from Sheffield Hallam University, seeking the next step in my career that will help me put theory into practise. For the past 13 months I have worked as an Account Executive at Bubble Agency. Through this experience so far I have gained a lot of knowledge about media coverage, creating reports for clients, liaising with both journalist and clients, and learning to identify opportunities from editorial to social media posts both internally and externally. In my 13 months I have assisted at IBC2019, a trades how which takes place in Amsterdam and numerous tradeshows that have taken place in the UK, and now virtually due to 2020 travel restrictions. Pre IBC I was in charge of creating our briefing books and updating our meetings, as well as approving press and PR distributions. This trip consisted of client meetings with journalists, attending award events and socialising with journalists and clients in the evenings. Post IBC, I aided the account managers in creating round-up reports for the show, additionally, clipping coverage from an array of publications and platforms. For the past 5 months I have taken on the additional role of social media executive where I have worked alongside the internal social media and marketing team to align our marketing goals and plan with the social media content that is distributed across our channels through tools such as Hootsuite and Canva. This included creating content, both written and visual and performing an overall social media audit to shape the social media plan to increase online engagement.

Account Executive for Bubble Agency. Role includes assisting account managers with weekly meetings, reports, tracking media coverage and writing award entries for clients. I highlight editorial opportunities to clients and liaise with journalists and assist with admin tasks in a daily basis. I lead team and clients calls weekly. I have assisted at IBC2019, a trade show which takes place in Amsterdam, assisting with over 20 meetings across the 21 clients we had exhibiting. Additionally the evenings were spent attending awards and industry events. I produced briefing books and round up reports across this event.

March 2020 - Rise Scheme -
I was accepted onto the Rise scheme which is a global mentoring programme which accepts 23 mentees per year. Each mentee is paired up with a mentor who has experience within the Broadcast, Film, Media, Production and Technology sector. I was lucky enough to secure a place where i have been able to work on my presentation skills, networking skills and listening to industry expects discuss topics such as; creating your own personal brand.
