Worked as Design Assistant supporting the design team by helping to create ideas for new materials, styles and colours, specializing in garments and accesories. Working closely with the suppliers, sourcing fabrics trimmings and participate in meetings with fabrics agents to make sure the items are ready on time, to create mood and shape boards with the senior designer. This position gave me the ability to work well under pressure and good time management skills.

Worked as Bespoke Manager I was in charge of the fitting agenda, the suppliers orders for all
the bespoke clothing, following closely the demands of high profile clients including taking care of them during the last LFW presentation. It was a great experience to contribute to the LFW SS14 Hemyca Digital Presentation at The Eccleston Square Hotel, as I was in charge of backstage organisation.

As Company Owner of haute couture (made to measure) and exquisite party frocks; I design dresses from an interview starting with an in depth research about expectations and desires from which I would gather inspiration and start the creative process. Upon concept agreement, the fitting sessions begin and I proceed until completion, always in pursue of excellence.
My creations include approximately one hundred unique dresses to high level standards of interpretation of Bride`s desires as well as my inputs on personal styling, I made customer satisfaction above market levels my niche branding point, the testimonials and media attention soon made Fiorella Ricciardi known for its sophisticated yet edgy bride dresses. The brand launched 6 campaigns that summed up my vision and aesthetics on my book which can be seen upon request.
