    • I lead on the production of AAT’s award-winning member magazine Accounting Technician (bi-monthly), its student member magazine 20 (quarterly) and its editorial site AAT Comment (daily). • I set and maintain editorial standards for the magazines and editorial site ensuring content is story-led, globally accessible, opinionated and authoritative. I ensure copy remains focused on brand voice, objectives, results and SEO. • I commission and manage relationships with over 40 freelance journalists, subject- matter experts and internal stakeholders. • I develop advertorial content with our partners creating native content that engages our audience and meets partner goals. • I support campaigns across the business (public relations, events, marketing, commercial) with content that drives conversion and builds relationships. • With a commitment to testing content I use data to modify content strategy and react to customer needs and engagement.

    • Redesigning the brand’s website conveying the story behind RH45, showcasing the latest collections and ensuring it’s user and SEO friendly. Site visitors now spend on average 13 minutes on the site (an increase of 200% over two years). • I led on the design and development of a new online store. The online store has opened a new market for the brand and sales have steadily grown resulting in an increase in revenue. • I produced the copy for the entire website (including the online store) ensuring it’s engaging, SEO friendly and reinforces the brand’s values. • I lead on the design and production of the brand’s newsletter campaigns. The newsletters have up to 70% open rates and lookbook dwell times twice the average resulting in the opening of new accounts with luxurious departmental stores (such as Harvey Nichols). • Working with the Creative Director of RH45, I regularly arrange photoshoots for the brand’s campaigns and t-shirt prints. From deciding on a theme to sourcing models and directing the photographers. The t-shirt prints are now the bestselling garments season after season.
