About me

I’m a freelance footwear and accessories designer with more than 15 years of experience. I’m very creative, always open to new ideas and concepts, with excellent design abilities. I like also to face the practical problems concerning the product development since I’m also able to design and create clothing and other stuff as leather goods and prepare the moulds. My main experience concerns women footwear and bag design together with Men shoe design. I have also been working with companies outside of Italy. I sketch and then accurately design the ideas for the new collections, together with the study of new lasts and heels following the entire process (from idea to construction). I also used to create the mood boards for the inspirational concepts and, in the same time, to attend at the accessories fairs to search for new materials and trends. I have good knowledge of leathers and fabrics and a strong experience as pattern maker, because I often create the “standards” and the basic cardboard to experiment new artworks or different styles. I am flexible and I respect the deadlines when a work (even urgent) is requested.

Deliver expert-level technical support and create shoe lasts, heels, style lines, and accessory design of winter and summer luxury shoes collection for the designer Daniela Gonzalez (www.danielagonzalez.it). Generate new styles and creative ideas for heel factory Vanplast and rubber and light soles designs for soles factory www.italiansole.it in conjunction with sole and heel makers. Sketch and design women footwear collection for Gianni Renzi (www.giannirenzicouture.com), provide creative and practical ideas as per buyer team requirements to create and manufacture of bags. Design shoe from concept through development in Italy and execute sample building and fitting process. Assist to implement of corporate vision and strategies for shoe and bags designs collaborating also with the luxury brand Rodo Firenze.

Provided creative and practical ideas to create and manufacture shoes both for various customer than for a own brand, attending at high profile trade fairs, including Midec, Premiere Classe in Paris, Gds in Duesseldorf, and Middle East Exclusive in Dubai. Credited for running and establishing Tesei Shoes Snc fashion company to build a own design feminine label and attended at different fairs to meet new customers. Developed and sustained valuable relationship with designer and consultant in capsule shoe collection for women and the end market. Conducted marketing research to initiate and address client to right trends in line with design specification. Collaborated with Italian and Asian shoe brands and suppliers to formulate and design women’s shoes with detailed sketches. • Regulated all aspects of collections procedures for Asian companies and developed rebuts rapport by attending Hong Kong and mainland China. Main companies as Le Saunda (www.lesaunda.com.hk) and Staccato. • Built collection through trend researching and material investigation from Italy as well as formulated tactical ideas of new constructions based on last and heels. • Produced and applied capsule collection for the French and Italian markets associated with lasts, heels, and accessory proposals with related sketches.
