Supervised the Isle of Wight Festivals, Artist Liaison team for the 6 Boutique Stages across the site as well as meeting and greeting artists upon arrival. Liaising and overseeing the care of 400 artists over 4 days at the IoW Festival. Effectively supervised a team of 15 Artist Liaison Support Staff. Providing artists and agents with a breakdown of the day’s schedule. Formulating onsite transportation plans to transport artists to stage.
Supervised the Artist Liaison team for the Main Stage and Big Top at Mutiny Festival. First point of contact for high profile artist and agents, including; Snoop Dogg, Katy B, Chase & Status, Nero. Liaison with security team to ensure sufficient security was in place for the arrival of high profile artists. Effectively supervised a team of Artist Liaison Support Staff. Escorting artists around the site, working in close relation with stage management to ensure scheduled performance times were met. Liaising with the press (e.g Capital Radio) to set up interviews between artists and press.
