• Produced innovative concepts, creative design and marketing strategy to meet KPIs for all projects.
• Secured exceptional value on tight budgets by directly negotiating with suppliers and on sponsorship deals, securing a reach of 221+ million for Boohoo/BoohooMAN’s sponsorship of Brighton Pride.
• Managed logistics of 50+ staff across international territories as well as live event team management for all events including pop-up store openings, corporate parties and business conferences.
• Oversaw event builds and breakdowns of high quality production.
• Generated content for and monitored all social media platforms for PAVE London and client, producing weekly in-depth social media engagement reports. The #12DaysOfFeelGood competition I co-created and ran increased social media following by 5% and engagement by over 6% (5,269 users).
• Secured new opportunities for PAVE London’s business development – generating and developing business leads and relationships with new clients, writing two successful awards entries, and creating a dedicated research focus group.
• Wrote copy for, aesthetically designed, and engagingly delivered pitch presentations.
• Performed office administrative tasks such as organising expenses, logging invoices, drafting letters of engagement, NDAs and staff briefing documents, logging PR and social media coverage of events, managing staff diaries, and managing office supplies.
