I help brands to share their story, communicate authentically and have genuine impact. Having started my career as the editor for Global Graduates, the UK’s largest platform for students studying or working abroad during their degree, I’ve gone on to head up editorial for data consultancy Starcount, women’s education charity The Female Lead and, most recently, social impact members’ club The Conduit. I’ve produced podcasts for companies spanning Ralph Lauren to Coutts to Johnson & Johnson; co-hosted the premiere of A Wrinkle in Time with Disney; and interviewed everyone from Booker Prize nominee Sophie Mackintosh to New York Times Gender Editor Alicia Wittmeyer. I’m a long-standing member of the TEDxLondon team, working across everything from thought leadership newsletters, to social media strategy, to behind the scenes interviews with speakers. I’m a graduate of the DMA Future Writers Labs, a proud member of the Write Like a Grrrl community for women and non-binary writers, and have strong opinions on vermouth (good), read receipts (bad) and Christine Baranski (perfection). Writing: Marie Claire | Culture Whisper | iNews| Culture Trip | Londnr | Bechdel Test Fest Zine | Longlisted for a Hiive Columnist Award (now ScreenSkills) Past Clients: Coutts | Ralph Lauren | Johnson & Johnson | Bloomberg Businessweek | British Council | Three UK | Disney | Financial Times |
- Sharing Stories of Empowered WomenI worked with educational charity The Female Lead to develop their tone of voice and editorial strategy, including website redesign, social media strategy, interviews with female leaders across industries and media and brand partnerships, including co-hosted the European premiere of Disney's A Wrinkle in Time.
- Rebranding data scienceHow do you take the ideas of some of the UK's best data scientists and translate them for the layman, while retaining their power? I worked on the brand identity, tone of voice and content strategy for data science consultancy Starcount, empowering the company’s employees as brand storytellers through a new editorial hub.
