About me
Working in the creative industry for several years have taught me valuable key skills. With working in a fast pace and ever changing industry I have learnt that being adaptable and strong minded is very important, how ever I also believe that being outgoing and approachable is also a key factor in what makes me good at what I do. My day to day tasks at the studio • Day to day running of the studio, arranging studio meetings, time off requests, ordering office supplies etc • Coordinating with the IT company with any of our technical issues • Promote/organise events happening within the office like Christmas/summer and launch parties • Diary co-ordination of the studio calendar • Make complex international travel arrangements for all studio members including managers. • Setting up new starters with accounts, business cards, technical requirements etc • Giving new starters their HMRC forms and set up forms • Supporting the managers with their day to day needs and requirements • Responsible for maintaining a tidy studio, greeting and offering drinks to visitors • Responsible for filtering and sorting through the studio gmail account • Main contact on the studio front and phones • Organising the new re-branding of the company along with the office move • Maintaining staff moral and motivation • Main contact of studio contract that require managing such as cleaning company, waste collection and meter readings. • Ordering products and paying for invoices for the workshop
