Identifying infringing apps and trademarks for breaches of copyright infringement, trademark infringement and passing off. Strategizing how to take down infringing apps/trademarks including sending out Notice of Infringements. • Company Newsletter summarising a specific legal topic in a reader friendly format. • Data Protection Managing the Data Transparency and Disclosure process, approving/rejecting requests and liaising with Police forces worldwide. • Domain Portfolio Managing the domain portfolio updating any changes i.e new registrations, transfers and renewals. • Legal research Undergoing and presenting legal research for senior members of the legal team on various legal issues for on-going and urgent projects. • Reviewing contracts Creating contract summaries and comparisons of commercial contracts, outlining the key points of consideration for the business in a clear and concise format for senior members. • Trademark Applications Gathering evidence such as a statement of use.
