Design lead & art direction. Worked closely with the Brand Manager & the CEO, deciding of new Brand Guidelines, brand identity and look & feel of Rodial. Responsibilities included (but were not limited to): • Direction of projects from a design/art direction point of view from concepts to final product • Creation of new Brand Guidelines and full new design direction for the brand • Art direction and concept of all photoshoots for new products marketing and visual campaigns • Design management and direction of the new Rodial responsive site • Concept & visual design direction of the Rodial consultation tables, retails space and pop-ups in point of sales such as Harrods, Harvey Nichols, Selfridges etc. DIGITAL DESIGN • Design of a new responsive website for Rodial: concept, wireframes and new look, responsive (desktop, tablet, mobile) • Work in collaboration with the e-commerce team and development agency to produce UI and UX at highest standards • Design of new email templates for devices • Work alongside retailers to ensure the brand is represented at its highest standard within the POS / external websites & e-commerce partners brand pages, homepages and all online assets PRINT DESIGN: • Design concept of all print advertising (then produced by junior designers) • Design of all brochures, concept design of all print work (then replicated by in house designers) LINE MANAGEMENT: • Line management of a small design team
Reporting to the Art director, I have worked alongside the team to produce visual designs that communicate seasonal concepts and brand identity, including the design and production of emails, homepages, designer landing pages, promotional materials and special projects, and with time had the opportunity to lead key projects: DESIGN: • Concept, design and creation of the online version of the Trend Reports.
