AllBright is dedicated to supporting women to achieve their career ambitions, driven by the mission to make the UK a better place to be a working woman. AllBright encompasses members’ clubs, events and the AllBright Academy, a free 10-week digital course helping women gain the skills, confidence and network needed to achieve their career goals. Our programmes are delivered by a faculty including Karen Blackett OBE and Cosmopolitan’s Farrah Storr.
Academy Executive July 2018- present
• Integral part of the small team that launched the ‘new’ AllBright Academy.
• Build, design, curate, and deliver the Academy to over 2000 women, working across tech platforms including Mighty Networks and Teachable (using basic code) to deliver a course that has received 100% positive feedback thus far.
• Keen interest in design, working closely with our designer to produce high quality Academy materials, i.e. worksheets, handouts, and the platform itself.
• Coordination of facilitators inc. Nicola Mendelsohn CBE, VP EMEA at Facebook. • Involved in recruiting panelists, investors, and pitching companies, as well as delivering AllBright’s monthly Pitch Day, where we invite female-founded businesses to present to our network of investors, VCs, and business leaders.
Academy and Events Coordinator January 2018 - July 2018
• Core team member that launched The AllBright – the UK’s first private member’s club for working women with upcoming sites in Mayfair and LA.
• Sold and delivered the ‘old’ Academy to early-stage female founded businesses, as well as being integral to creating our present offering.
• Involved in ideation and delivery of flagship events such as our week-long International Women’s Week Festival.
• Lead partnership deals on behalf of our events and partnerships team, finding software to allow our events to run professionally and smoothly.
