I am seeking full-time employment in marketing and communications in and around Greater London. I am an organised, sociable, creative and hard-working person. I am an excellent communicator and team player. Since graduating, I have worked in marketing, customer services, human resources, clinical training and have developed my own travel marketing website. I have also organised charitable events. This work has required me to establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and customers, carry out website-design, write and present project proposals and create content for social media accounts.

London, United KingdomFull Time
Day-to-day duties include training on-boarding clinicians with healthcare systems and updating training materials.
I arrange and create on-going monthly training days for all clinicians working for Babylon around the country. This has enhanced retention rates, engagement and strengthened the remote working community at Babylon.
I contribute to the content and distribution of the weekly clinical newsletter reaching 300 subscribers, whilst managing a newsletter using MailChimp for our locum workforce. This ensures we keep our locum clinicians up to date with app updates and clinical process changes.
I create content using platforms such as Canva for training and engagement purposes for the clinical workforce at Babylon. Projects have ranged from compliance training presentations to a welcome pack for all new clinical starters at Babylon. According to our WOWs we have managed to increase engagement and employee experience even during a time of uncertainty and upheaval.
