    Account Manager
    • Member of the FCB Suit Senate, to improve team culture and provide opportunities for professional development. • Acted as a representative on behalf of FCB Account Managers to interview with a new client the agency was pitching for. • Organised and ran an internal Account Service 101 presented to wider team within integrated agency. Received positive feedback from all involved, each individual gained a better understanding and respect for the hard work our suits go through. • Organised and ran an internal Briefing 101 for Account Executives in relation to retail accounts. • Ran all creative concept jobs with a seamless transition into production; this included major trade events such as Boxing Day, Easter, Queen’s Birthday, as well as updates to brand look & feel with the Art Director. • Assisted the Account Director with strategy and additional concept work. • Organised systems development and training for programmes used. This involved organising a system re-training process for Noel Leeming merchandise and marketing team, upgrading templates used for production and liaising with systems managers. • Managed the production process to ensure execution was profitable. This meant organising and running production WIPs with the client and internally, as well as liaising with Suits and Studio Leader on work progress. • Trained and mentored two Account Executives; which involved overseeing and signing off all production work dispatched and administration work, encouraging correct agency processes, and exposing both Account Executives to new learning opportunities.

    • Managed the settlement of dual-listed, wholesale equity trades for Credit Suisse's Melbourne account. • Acted as liaison with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth settlement. • Provided key communication and updates to wider team as to daily progress. • Required knowledge and understanding to complete other colleagues’ roles in case of Disaster Recovery. • Required an understanding of the industry to accurately operate under rules and regulations.
