I collaborated with The Wellness Revolution on a design project for my master's thesis in UX Engineering.
For 6 months I researched the topic of Flow and how to help working individuals experience deep focus. In the end, I developed a prototype of an app that can guide users through achieving and maintaining flow.
Some of the methods used in the research include a survey, a user study with Maze, and a cardiovascular study with a smartwatch device.
