About me
I am a Conceptual artist, I have been involved in one professional exhibition as well as a many within my education, including one at Candid Arts Trust in London. I listen and improve upon feedback and constructive criticism. As an artist I often have to be highly detailed a skill I transfer to any task I take on. I am versatile in the roles I take on and I can adapt to suit different tasks set for me. I can use my own initiative when needed in tasks, but I can also work as part of a team with the ability to catch up with projects and complete them within a deadline.

During my degree I completed various projects looking at identity of myself and those around me, many of which can be found on my website. As part of the degree we wrote essays on a variety of subjects and I wrote my dissertation 'Are There Any Great Women Artists?' which looked at Linda Nochlin's essay of a similar title and then looked into three female Artists Sofonisba Anguissola, Elisabeth Vigee LeBrun, and Georgia O'Keeffe to see if we can determine greatness in these artists. As part of our final year we had to hold three exhibitions and put on three private views. To pay for our exhibitions we ran a photography auction which we asked nationally and internationally renown photographers to donate to. The auction was a great success thanks to the local auction house which helped us host it and all our hard work getting a great variety of works in to sell, including a signed Taryn Simon book. This allowed us to host one of our exhibitions in London which gave us a great opportunity to be part of a larger art community.
