    Social Media Role includes: Developing a social media strategy to increase the following of the Instagram audience Searching for relevant content that will appeal to our customer ensuring that the Instagram feed is both aspirational and aligned with the brands image Attending Monthly marketing meetings to discuss ideas for marketing content, events, and communication strategies Working with the marketing team to align Instagram posts with their content strategy Building relationships with relevant bloggers/influencers to help promote our own label by gifting relevant influencers each season Product Development role includes: Working alongside the Product Development team to grow the by Iris own brand collection and increase the percentage mix of own brand sales vs branded sales. Tasks include: Creating briefs for our factories with clear instructions for new styles Communicate with suppliers daily to chase samples and deliveries Update the critical path with any relevant information from suppliers Manage sample return and distribution from suppliers detailing production notes Organise fit sessions for samples that require it, saving down spec sheets and making notes in the fit session for changes Set up style masters on RMIS system and raise PO’s Making sure the system is always updated with any price/colour/name changes to match the by Iris Range Plan Creating CADs to match the briefs given to suppliers Attend design meetings presenting key trends for the next season and suggesting key shapes & colours ensuring they are on brand Merchandise the by Iris web page, making sure the products are in a visually pleasing order and that the products are all online
