The purpose of this role is twofold, to deliver Applied projects on time and on budget, and to support the business development of Applied in establishing and maintaining client accounts. As an Account Manager I am assigned to manage and support responses to requests for proposals through stages of procurement whilst establish and maintain a client relationship with new and existing clients. I am confident in setup and management of project budgets and gantt charts, scoping out and costing for new project proposals and managing the studio’s resource. Whilst being an important part of the studio and it’s management team, I am responsible for all of the billings and forecast tracking, monthly invoicing and subcontractor agreements.
An Account Manager within a well established B2B communications agency. Working on the agencies key account; Essentra global, I have been able to lead an integrated account, focusing on print and digital assets, including commercial campaigns and social media content. I am responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the account working with key client senior stakeholders, aligning with global marketing teams to implement global campaigns within the key categories of Essentra’s brand. My role also includes project management, managing finance revenue and invoicing through to working across the planning and implementing project delivery. Whilst managing external and internal expectations and delivering quality work to the client, I obtain a strong eye for detail with recognised interpersonal skills across the account and the wider business.
Account management of key affiliate partners, including day to day management of content offers and artwork requirements. I sourced and secured compelling content on behalf of Ticketek’s partners to drive acquisition and sales opportunities. Other key tasks include, monthly reporting for key partners, including campaign and sales reports.
Creating new Marketing strategies with the objective to increase event attendance, TV audience, and awareness of the sport. This included working with the Sales team to develop strong relationships with new business leads across Australia.
