Customer Service Representative
Working in the Contact Centre for Auckland Council rates department and Auckland Transport Maintenance and Parking departments. Initial contract of 2 months and extended twice to 5 months. Duties included:
• First point of call for customers seeking advice on topics such as their new rates invoices, any Auckland Transport maintenance issues and parking tickets
• Managing disgruntled customers with a positive explanation of their situation and suggesting future plans
• Setting up payment plans and explaining consequences of not adhering to the plans
• Liaising with other Auckland Council and Auckland transport departments to provide the most efficient and effective results for the customer
• Working as part of the Auckland Council Team, the largest Council in the Southern Hemisphere, to make Auckland the most liveable city in the world
Administrative Assistant
-
General administrative assistance for a husband and wife working from their home. Duties included:
• Analysing data using Microsoft Excel to create new parameters for lending for clients
• Checking credit ratings and tracking of current personal addresses
• Copying and filing of patient information
• Production of emails and letter requests using mail merge and posting said letters
• Updating Excel database as payment is received
• Management of records while Head of Administration was absent
