  • I take sole responsibility for planning across the largest frontline record label in the UK (RCA / Epic Records) working to improve the effectiveness of global artist campaigns. Planning is a new discipline in the business and it has been my job to lead its introduction by demonstrating its value and getting people excited by it. I work across all aspects of the strategic marketing process: pitching for new business, uncovering consumer and market insights, developing artist positionings, writing marketing plans and managing the execution of creative output. I have worked on campaigns for many UK and international artists, including Kodaline, Meghan Trainor, Olly Murs, Paloma Faith, Pharrell Williams, Snoop Dogg, Van Morrison and Usher.

  • I joined Industry when it was founded in 2011 as a Project Manager but was quickly promoted into the consultancy team as a Junior Brand Consultant. In this role I developed brand insights and strategies that helped inform critical decisions for international brands across the service based industry. My clients included Business In The Community, Care UK, Cluttons, Commercial Bank Qatar, Lepra and Tata Steel. Specific project examples: • Brand positioning for new film and media distribution venture: developed a brand positioning and marketing plan for an early-stage start-up to be used as part of their pitch for third party investment. • Full website rebrand and UX design for an international private bank (Qatar): responsible for copy-writing, editing new content and managing the Arabic typesetting across the entire website. • Brand identify and communications strategy refresh for an NGO: developed new brand identity having conducted in-depth qualitative research and analysis. Subsequently oversaw creative execution
