Foundation FM is a female led online community radio station based in Peckham Levels. It is a station that provides a safe spaces for creatives to play, create and grow, as well as champion and nurture female talent in the underground.
● Co-running and managing Foundation FM daily
● Managing and maintaining producers and talent to collaborate on shows, including towards regular
features and special guests.
● Curating and creating bespoke broadcasts ideas for brands including Lovebox & Collusion (ASOS)
● Working with the visual team to expand our shows reach and build our social platforms whether it
be a livestream on facebook or a one off feature for our YouTube page & socials.
● Conceptualising and developing audio on Audition for either a package for a show or one off
programming
● Building and maintaining relationships with pluggers and labels to supporting and showcasing new
artistic talent on our daily radio shows
● Developing and creating show features for our daily shows that engage and incorporate the listener
● Programming & curating our the monthly line up of radio shows
● Pairing different artists, DJs and Musicians to collate a coherent yet unique line up for each radio
show
● On-going research on contacts, playlists comparisons, Shazam, DJ databases, etc.
● Building relationships and rapport with our DJs and Producers to create a high quality station sound through the schedule.
