As a brand ambassador I have worked to enhance the organisations position in the online 'scene', contributing to the development of social media (Instagram, Facebook) and customer relationship strategies. This has included organising events involving the drinks and music industry, to offer a true flavour of Jeffery West's rock n' roll demeanour. Sales continue to surpass expectations due to my individual efforts and knowledge of the brand and luxury footwear industry.
