About me
Co-Founder of GetZeN, I focus on commercial, practitioner and client management. I co-founded GetZeN with Katy Holliday 3 years ago and we’ve drawn on our decades of experience in the media world - mine being print, press, outdoor and latterly radio and combined this with my therapeutic background to create a human-led business that truly helps others.
I’m an accredited psychotherapist of 15 years still running my private practice, a psychotherapeutic supervisor, coach, EFT practitioner and assessor.

Our purpose is through human insight we create happier, healthier employees by delivering the right programmes and practitioners to meet the challenges, which ultimately leads to better wellbeing, creativity and productivity.
We have an agnostic attitude to types of treatments and disciplines and deliver results that give reassurance regarding the positive impact to the human and benefits to the business.
We open businesses’ eyes to what people need, how they feel and the time change takes. We are human-led and tech enabled.
