I currently work within the sports science department, at Liverpool
Football club planning and providing support to all
ages in the academy. My responsibilities include:
• Designing and implementing physical development sessions including: match-day & training warm ups, on and off pitch conditioning, rehabilitation, athletic development and recovery sessions.
• Tracking of training load across squads using excel, while monitoring and adaptation sessions using stat sport viper and apex GPS as well as heart rate systems, in order to prevent injuries occurring or assist with return to play from an injury.
• Regular testing throughout the season including strength, power, blood lactate, speed, agility and aerobic capacity to develop individual player profiles. Most recently I complete some pre-season testing with the first team.

the Premier League, EFL, Champions League, FA Cup, and Caraboa
League Cup. The role included:
• Arriving three hours prior to kick off and working from the press box where live data is by assigning either individual players or event data of possession.
I will not be leaving this role.
