I am a person who derives satisfaction and value from being of use to the people around him, especially in an environment where the group objective is something meaningful. It keeps me focussed and motivated to know that I am part of a whole that is contributing something. Sounds a bit corny but I started in industries that I felt conflicted about and learnt over time that if something is worthwhile, I feel very lucky to be a part of it and that makes me enjoy it all the more.

Management Liaison • Working inside a Malawian company; managing relationships between Senior Management, European Directors an Investors. Keeping all parities appraised of events on the ground in real time. • Structuring a Data Mining culture to generate reports (both horticultural and socio- economic) to make insights to more accurately increase the utility of resources across the business and deliver these observations to the Senior Management Team. • Using a range of Media, applied the data in the conceptualisation and delivery of Marketing Materials for the Sales Director • Managed teams both on the Farms and Smallholder programs to accurately collect data and provide Statistical Analysis to Senior Management to win funds internationally from the AECF (African Enterprise Challenge Fund) and IFC of the World Bank Group. Team Management • Formed and led small teams on key projects such as the Coca-Cola, AECF and Rainforest Alliance Audits and Events such as the Presidential Opening of the Factory liaising closely with the Office of The Presidents Cabinet. • Developed expertise in crisis management.
