Projects
- AW17/18I want to show you a collection inspired by human discomfort and awkwardness. In this modern day. we are more absorbed by our own image than ever before. Social media means that invisible eyes may be watching us all the time. The gap between how we present ourselves and how others percieve us is impresive in it’s magnitude. There is a new “glitch” in our social system. I have focused on myself. Combining personal perceptions of femininity, with my own insecurities and social awkwardness is the foundations to this collection. I have attempted to merge the accidental imagery of computer glitches, Edwardian clothing and my own anxious doodles into the looks I have created. So sit back and don’t relax.

Education
BA Fashion (Hons)Edinburgh College of Art
- Edinburgh, United Kingdom
ECA has taught me much about garment design and creation. Most importantly, I have learnt how to turn a concept into a thoroughly researched project, executed with professional pattern cutting and drafting techniques. I am well versed in most Adobe programmes, especially inDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as confidence on industrial sewing machines and irons.

Level 3 Diploma / Foundation in Art and DesignOxford Brookes University
- Oxford, United Kingdom
Oxford Brookes allowed me to break away from the highly structured art students are forced to make at school, letting me see and develop my own creative process organically. More than anything, I learnt how to develop my research further.
