About me

Highly competent and capable graphic, textile, product, interior and jewellery designer with additional skills in web development. Strive to make environmentally and socially conscious designs that are new and innovative. Achieve this by keeping a diverse array of interests to draw inspiration for innovation and expanding knowledge and experience of numerous fields of design. Besides design, interests include psychology, literature, some traditional but mostly modern art, film and animation, new developments in technology and architecture to name a few. Hope to work in a stimulating, friendly environment where ideas and advice is shared, where my work will be critiqued and I may be able to advise others. I also hope to have the chance to explore new ideas and design techniques in order to create new things and develop as a designer.

Worked as a part-time shop assistant at BWS. Helped and advised customers, worked the till, and cleaned the store. Later began to take on more responsibilities such as filing daily paperwork, managing stock, balancing the tills, opening and closing procedures and training new staff. Helped to increase sales and inspired fellow employees to provide better customer service.
Graphic Design Intern

6-month professional internship at Quercus & Co., a wallpaper and textile Design Company. Worked with the company director on his designs and worked independently on the colour and pattern wall stamps under his direction. Carried out extensive Photoshop work to create in situ images of the director’s designs so they could be displayed on his website. Organised products to be mailed to customers, updated online stores, sold products in the showroom and helped manage social media accounts. Described by company director as conscientious and invaluable during a busy period and provided a useful eye for detail, colour and pattern.
