I am a London based artist and designer who works to cross the boundaries between the man-made world and nature. My love for the natural environment drives me, and looking after it is key to my practice. Every decision I make leads back to sustainability and keeping our planet healthy, which is such a huge task! My love for nature helps to inform the designs, from the choice of materials to the dyes that I use.
My core aim is to connect people to nature through design.
I enjoy learning and experimenting, it's part of who I am. I'm constantly searching and looking at the world to influence new pieces of work. I am intrigued by all textile disciplines but I have become particularly interested in areas such as felt and anything woolly, as well as print, sashiko and weave. I want to continue to develop my skills in textiles and explore different areas of design. I am looking for the opportunity to work closely with makers, artists and designers. I open to all opportunity and excited about the future.
