My main responsibility is to work with our clients in the planning and scoping of new apps and websites. Brainstorming and creating presentation material for pitches are also part of my work week. I am in charge of a number of internal projects such as having a company blog designed, built and filled with content and I also manage our social media channels.
I was the link between a team of nine, clients, suppliers and other production units within the editorial office. I made sure that we met the changing needs of our clients, that our suppliers delivered on time and that my team made the daily and weekly production deadlines and were happy at the same time.
My role included rewriting, writing and selecting editorial texts aimed at TV and broadcasting. Formatting and uploading do suit different types of systems, platforms and UI systems.
I was in charge of the paperback production from start to finish, which entailed planning the production, hiering graphic designers, coordinating with printers and staying on top of copyrights and foreign rights. Researching upcoming book ideas, administrating incoming manuscripts and coordinating the work between freelance editors, art directors, graphic designers, authors and photographers were some of my other responsibilities.
