I'm a freelance creative copywriter working across a wide range of brands and industries. I work on everything from brand campaigns, customer communications and website copy to social media, advertorials, scripts and signage. I was formerly the creative lead for copy at Eurostar, working on large scale owned media campaigns from concept to production and honing a distinctive and much loved tone of voice. Before that I worked at Virgin Media, starting as a Junior Copywriter and working my way up to Senior Copywriter in three years.

I started my role at Eurostar by creating and implementing tone of voice guidelines, a style guide and a glossary across the business, and training agencies to write consistent, on-brand copy. As I developed the role, my work comprised everything from customer emails, website copy and third party sales promotions to global above-the-line campaigns, destination editorial, film scripts, station and onboard collateral, brand pages in our onboard magazine Metropolitan and much more. I also defined the tone and wrote for our high profile co-branding partnership with Raymond Blanc and, previously, Waitrose.
