-BAU: Development and implementation of email marketing campaigns for Europe, Russia, Israel, Turkey, and Canada (Including translation markets and franchising stores). -Ensuring 3 emails/week both womenswear and menswear + localised emails/dynamic content for specific communications (store openings, national holidays, weather forecast, trend forecast/bestsellers/stock availability, etc) -Coordinating and briefing different teams to ensure the deadlines are respected (Merch, VM, Content, Copy, Language managers, Web publishers, etc) + Team work with Email Strategist and Customer intelligence to optimise performance. -Weekly meetings with Digital marketing team to ensure all channels are aligned, profit maximised and ensure customer acquisition. -Development and implementation of Welcome journeys, Triggers, and abandoned carts. -Testing and scheduling workflows on AC. -A/B Testing: weekly testing on emails to optimise performance on copy, design, content, and time/segmentation. -Weekly, monthly, and quarter reporting to ensure all KPIs are met and BAU and welcome journeys/triggers are optimised to reach maximum profit. (Google analytics) -Report on other teams with learnings for supporting email marketing future campaigns.
