I supervised all productions for the channel, creating budgets and briefing crew and cast. I managed the production team and coordinated with every department to produce studio and location shoots. I created budgets and established workflow for small and larger projects such as Gogglebox, Come Dine with Me and Don’t Forget the Lyrics among others. I oversee the set design and organise set built. As an in-house director for some of the shows, I help to develop scripts, create shortlist and storyboards; supervised the edit and graphics and make sure that the final product is delivered in the highest possible quality in a timely manner.
