A driven and enthusiastic operations manager, with 10 years of experience in leading small teams, designing and implementing operations processes and communicating with staff and clients to ensure a business runs smoothly. I have launched and maintained successful restaurants and cafes, from the initial staff hiring process through to stock purchasing and allocation, profit and loss analytics and general running performance issues. I have very strong organization and communication skills and have planned and implemented various marketing projects to completion, including client liaison and team management. I am reliable, resourceful and comfortable with high degrees of pressure and a looming deadline.

This includes staff recruitment and scheduling, cash management and till reconciliation, stock allocation and ordering, team organization and building maintenance issues. I am also the point of escalation for customer service related issue and act as the point of contact for staff concerns.
