I was the digital division’s sole account manager, managing large projects across a wide variety of clients from Takeda to Hodder using both internal and internationally based external creative teams. Led print, video and digital projects.
I also wrote and pitched business development proposals across the media group, created yearly budgets and forecasts, and produced and directed video shoots in various locations around the country.
In charge of monthly accounts and KPI reporting, and succeeded in bringing the division into profitablility for the first time.
