Project Manager – Revlon & SLG Accountable for managing the delivery of multiple fast paced monthly POS campaigns with over-lapping timelines to a high quality standard across retailers in the UK, ROI and EMEA, ensuring exemplary delivery on time and within budget. Key accountabilities: • Working alongside the Senior Account Manager to manage the day to day running of the Health&Beauty account • Responsible for the effective management of all campaign projects (7-10 projects simultaneously) from brief to implementation: taking ownership of critical paths, quoting, design briefs, POs, invoicing and post project evaluation • Briefing and managing the design and production teams, external suppliers, contractors and freelancers to ensure seamless and premium displays • Monitoring the progress of the project through every stage of the process to ensure it meets the client brief and expectations • Establishing and maintaining excellent client relations with ongoing liaison by phone, email and working onsite weekly • Organising and running the Creo campaign management system for uploading and reviewing content • Building close relationships with retailers to manage the launch of innovations in 2017/2018 • Writing and proofreading artwork copy to ensure total alignment with the client’s branding strategy and the quality and accuracy of all materials leaving the agency • Anticipating and managing project risks to guarantee minimum impact on cost and lead time • Monitoring budgets and overseeing the effectiveness and financial performance of projects • Handling large data files in preparation for monthly and quarterly reviews and appraisals • Understanding retail and consumer environment by visiting stores on a regular basis, involving the analysis of shopper insights to ensure the brand remains relevant to customers • Processing client amends and adhering to retailer guidelines as well as facilitating the implementation of new retailer regulations • Independently managing the SLG account
Account Executive Intern – Luxury lifestyle brands Working in an exciting start-up environment directly alongside the founder to build brand strategy and brand equity across a diverse portfolio of luxury lifestyle, fashion and arts business.
