    Manage all the social sets for Rosewood London, including all community management and monthly content plans for the luxury lifestyle hotel and its F&B outlets. I am tasked with the brand's copywriting to guide all the creative output. I lead the creative direction and production for the marketing campaigns. Since starting I have grown all three sets by over 15% and introduced new ways of working to maximise efficiency and productivity. I have transitioned to creating reactive and lively social first content capitalising on video, which has seen positive results and engagements. Additionally, I assist with forming new partnerships, influencer and creative collaborations, managing the multiple websites and third party listings as well as composing all our monthly email marketing across all databases.

    I took over a financially ailing speciality coffee​ shop and creative space, working quickly to fully understand the company’s financial structure and locate areas of loss and areas of untapped potential. I renegotiated with suppliers to reduce costs of goods and restructured staff rotas cutting costs by 25%. I re-modelled the kitchen operation, resulting in Artel’s first ever profit made on food - in turn pushing the business into positive figures within 6 months. I focused on bringing Artel’s direction back to its core ethos and values of community, collaboration and creativity. I achieved this by utilising social media productively and by refining and enhancing our offering to ensure a positive customer experience. I implemented and carefully curated monthly art exhibitions promoting local artists, negotiated pop-up coffee experiences, organised and collaborative supper clubs & creative workshops. I also set up (A-R-C) a 10km running club on Sunday mornings. During the first lockdown, we refurbished the building and refined our coffee menu which helped to boost profit over the Summer. We have since been continuously adjusting our offering in accordance with restrictions by introducing schemes such as our Stay Home Supper Club to generate additional profits.
